What annual passes are there?
There are different annual passes available that give access to Plopsaland De Panne. An overview of these annual passes and their benefits can be found here.

How long is my annual pass valid?
A annual pass is always valid for 1 year from the day of the first visit.

Is parking included in my annual pass?
Parking is not included as standard in a annual pass. Parking is included in a Plopsa Premium Pass and Plopsa-GoldCard. Do you have another type of annual pass? Then you can purchase a separate parking pass.

Is the parking pass valid at all Plopsa parks?
With a parking pass you can park in the car parks of all Plopsa parks, except Plopsa Station Antwerp.

Can I park at Plopsa parks with my parking pass when I'm not visiting the park?
With a parking pass you can only park in the car parks of the Plopsa parks during your park visits. You may not park in Plopsa car parks outside park opening hours.

What are the conditions of a parking pass?

  • The parking pass is person-related and allows a determined person (+18) with a valid driving licence to use the car park for one car per day, only in combination with a park visit.
  • The parking annual pass is valid for 1 year from the first use.
  • The owner of the parking ticket must be present in the vehicle himself when using it.
  • The parking annual pass does not give priority or guarantee a parking space in case of high traffic. If no parking space is (no longer) available, you are not entitled to compensation.
  • It is not allowed to lend the parking pass to third parties or to use it other than the conditions mentioned above.
  • You should follow the instructions of the parking attendants on duty.
  • Parking annual passes can be purchased separately from a annual pass or ticket.
  • Parking with a parking pass is only allowed during regular amusement park opening hours or during events organised in the park or theatre.
  • The parking pass cannot be used in the car park at Plopsa Station Antwerp.
  • Annual passes will not be returned, refunded, replaced or renewed.
  • Abuse will be prosecuted.

Is my child eligible for a annual pass at child rate?
For children between 85 cm and 99 cm, you can purchase a Junior annual pass at a reduced rate. Children are measured with shoes on.

My child has grown taller than 1 metre during the annual pass period. What now?
Your child's annual pass (between 85 cm and 99 cm) remains valid until its expiry date, even if your child grows taller than 1 metre during the annual pass term.

Can I use my annual pass on days when the parks are sold out or rented out?
On 'sold out' or 'rented out' days, you cannot gain access to the park with your annual pass. You will only be granted access to the park on such days if you have tickets through the external party, which has exclusively rented the park for that day.

I lost my annual pass. What now?
In case of loss, it is possible to get a duplicate of your annual pass at the reception desk at the park entrance for €5.

My annual pass has been stolen. What now?
In case of theft, upon presentation of a copy of the police certificate, you can obtain a free duplicate of your annual pass at the reception desk at the park entrance. If you do not have this certificate, you can obtain a duplicate for €5.

Can I pass my annual pass on to someone else?
A annual pass is strictly personal and can only be used by the person whose name and photo appear on the annual pass.

Are the shows, events, parades and encounters included in my ticket or annual pass?
Entry to shows, events and encounters is included in an entry ticket or annual pass to Plopsaland De Panne, unless otherwise stated.
