How and where can I renew my annual pass?
Extending your annual pass can be done easily and inexpensively online by logging in with your name and pass number via this link. You will then receive an e-voucher that you can exchange for the extended annual pass at the ticket offices of the Plopsa Park of your choice. Extending a annual pass can also be done at the Plopsa parks' ticket offices. Renewing a annual pass for children between 85cm and 99cm can only be done at the ticket offices and not online.

Can I also renew my child(ren)'s annual pass online?
A child's annual pass between 85cm and 99cm can only be renewed at the ticket office. Your child will be measured again. It is not possible to renew this annual pass online.

From when can I renew my annual pass?
Feel free to renew your annual pass before it expires. The new end date of your annual pass will then be exactly 1 year after the current end date of your annual pass. If you renew your annual pass within the year after your annual pass expires, the renewal will take effect immediately and the new end date of your annual pass will be 1 year after the renewal date.

What will be the new end date of my annual pass when I renew?
When you renew your annual pass before the original end date, your annual pass will be renewed for exactly 1 year starting from the original end date. If you renew your annual pass within the year after your annual pass expires, the renewal will start immediately and the new end date of your annual pass will be 1 year after the renewal date.

Do all persons have to be present when renewing their annual passes?
Yes, when renewing a annual pass at the ticket office or collecting the new annual pass after an online renewal, all persons must be present.
