How much does a ticket cost?
You can find online ticket prices and our box office rates here. We recommend buying your tickets online in advance to ensure the smoothest possible access to the park. With tickets bought online, you can go straight to ticket control and won't have to go to the ticket office.

How much does a ticket for children cost?
Discounted rates apply for children from 85cm to 99cm. Children smaller than 85cm enjoy free entry and do not need a ticket. You can find online ticket prices and our box office rates here. Tickets are also available at the ticket offices at the park entrance.

Can I buy dated tickets at the box office?
Dated tickets are available exclusively online. These tickets are not available at the box office.

Do I need to book my visit?
It is not necessary to reserve your visit. You can use your tickets on an opening day of your choice within the validity period of your ticket, without reservation. Date tickets purchased online are only valid on the date indicated on the ticket.

Until when is my ticket valid?
The expiry date is clearly stated on all tickets. If it is still not clear until when your ticket is valid, you can send an e-mail with a clear photo/scan of your tickets to info@plopsa.be. We will then be happy to check the validity of your tickets.

Tickets by date are valid only on the date indicated on the ticket.

Can I change the date of my ticket by date?
You can move your ticket(s) on date via this link. If you move your ticket(s) to a date with a higher ticket price, you pay the difference. If you move your ticket(s) to a date with a lower ticket price, the difference will not be refunded.

My tickets have expired. Can they be extended?
Expired tickets cannot in principle be extended. However, if you think you qualify for an extension of the validity of your tickets, you can contact our customer service via this form. Be sure to include the barcodes of your tickets.

I bought tickets online. Can I show them from my smartphone?
Online tickets do not need to be printed. Tickets can also be scanned from your smartphone. We ask you to make the ticket's barcode or QR code as large as possible and set the brightness of your smartphone to 100%.

I bought tickets online but did not receive an email with the tickets. What should I do now?
Be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder. The e-mail with the tickets may have ended up there. Didn't find the tickets there after all? In this case, you can contact our customer service team using this form. Be sure to include your name, e-mail address and the number of your order, if you have it. Our staff will then do what is necessary to deliver your tickets.

Is there an evening ticket available?
Those who only wish to visit the park at the end of the day can purchase a discounted evening ticket at the reception desk from 3 hours before the park closes. For late-night openings, this is from 5 pm onwards. An evening ticket is not available online.

My child's birthday is coming up. Can I get a free ticket for my child?
Children up to and including 11 years old enjoy free entry to Plopsaland De Panne from 3 days before until 3 days after their birthday (check opening times) on presentation of an official ID or birth certificate upon purchase of at least 1 other paying regular ticket ≥ 1m without discount at the Plopsaland De Panne ticket office. You can get your free birthday ticket at the reception desk at the park entrance.

I have a season ticket with another amusement or animal park. Can I get a discount on my ticket?
To find out whether you can get a discount on a Plopsa ticket with your season ticket, first check the website of the amusement or animal park where you have a season ticket. There you can find a discount code that allows you to order a discounted ticket via this link. The discount is calculated on the price of a standard ticket for an adult, not on the price of tickets by date. The discount is valid only for the subscriber himself, any accompanying persons cannot avail of this offer.

We are a host family, can we buy tickets at a discount?
Children staying with host families (Euro-Children, Chernobyl children, Romanian (orphan) children, etc.) can visit the park at a reduced rate. They receive a €10 discount on the ticket price ≥1m at Plopsaland De Panne, provided they carry proof of identity/badge from their organisation.

Can I use my ticket for another Plopsa park?
Tickets can only be used in the listed park for which they were purchased. It is not possible to use them in another Plopsa park, not even at a surcharge.

Can I use my ticket on days when the parks are sold out or rented out?
On 'sold out' or 'rented out' days, presale tickets are not valid. You can only access the park on such a day if you have tickets through the external party that has exclusively rented the park for that day.

Sold-out days are the days when large-scale corporate events are organised in the park. The park is then exclusively hired by an external party. On such days, no ticket office is open.

Are the shows, events, parades and encounters included in my ticket or annual pass?
Entry to shows, events and encounters is included in an entry ticket or annual pass to Plopsaland De Panne, unless otherwise stated.

Is there a preferential rate for pregnant women?
(Highly) pregnant women enjoy a preferential rate of 36.00 euros when visiting Plopsaland De Panne from the 8th month of pregnancy onwards. This ticket can only be obtained at the ticket desk and on presentation of a medical certificate stating the presumed date of delivery. At the entrance to the attractions, it is indicated whether that attraction is accessible to pregnant women.
