Can I hire a lock for my pushchair?
A lock for a pram can be hired from the Plopsa Shop at the entrance to the park.
Can I take my pram everywhere?
Prams must be left at attractions and shows in the designated areas. For fire safety reasons, they are not allowed in the theatre halls. Plopsa cannot be held liable for theft, loss or damage to your belongings. We advise visitors not to leave valuables unattended in a pram.
Can I store my belongings in a locker?
For a fee, lockers are available for the safe storage of personal or valuables. For a small locker you pay €8, for a large locker €15. The lockers can only be paid for with a debit card. Plopsa is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss of your belongings.
Where can I find the first aid post?
The first aid post is located near the park entrance (near Het Verkeerspark). The location of the first aid post is indicated on the park map. Parents can also come here to report and collect lost children.
Are promotional photos taken in the park?
The photos on our website, social media and in our publications are taken during regular opening hours. As a visitor, you agree to photographs and images being taken in the park being used for these purposes.
Can I take photos or videos with my smartphone, GoPro or other camera in attractions?
Due to safety reasons, bringing a handheld camera stick and selfie stick on our attractions is not allowed. However, a GoPro camera is allowed provided a chest harness is worn.
Where and when do the shows, parades and encounters take place?
You can find the start times of shows, parades and encounters with the Studio 100 characters via the opening calendar on the website or in the free Plopsaland app.
One or more attractions were closed during my visit. Am I entitled to compensation?
It is possible that one or more attractions may be closed for safety reasons, e.g. extreme weather conditions. Under no circumstances will these measures entitle you to any compensation, refund or reimbursement.
Can I picnic in the park?
Plopsaland De Panne has a covered picnic area near the Central Station. You can also picnic outdoors on the picnic benches next to Circus Bumba.
Where can I warm up baby food?
All major restaurants have microwaves to warm up bottles or baby food. At the toilets, there are special baby rooms (and in the toilet for people with disabilities) to change your baby/child.
Where can I breastfeed my baby?
Are you looking for a quiet place where you can breastfeed your baby? Plopsa provides a quiet space near the first aid post for you. Here you will find all the comfort you need to nurse your child optimally.
Is smoking allowed in the park?
In the interests of our guests and for safety reasons, there is a general smoking ban at Plopsaland De Panne. The use of e-cigarettes is also prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas, which are indicated on the park map and by signs.
Are all attractions open on quiet days?
On less busy days/moments, the attractions are opened alternately. This means that each attraction works for at least 50% of the time. Larger attractions do open continuously. Because there are fewer visitors, everyone has the chance to do all the attractions several times, even more than during a busy day. Other theme parks in Europe also work with this system at quiet times.
